winbd29 currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
Minimum deposit: ৳500 (the same for each payment method). Minimum withdrawal: ৳800. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Time

4.4 Transaction Verification

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳3,000 — before withdrawing the bonus, the total amount to be wagered is ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.
5.3 Bonus Validity

5.4 VIP Cashback
The winbd29 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback is paid each week at a set rate based on net losses. At the highest tier, Diamond, weekly cashback can reach up to 1.5%.
5.5 Bonus Abuse
Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, using third-party details, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Validity
winbd29 reserves the right to void bets placed under abnormal circumstances caused by technical errors, connection issues, or any other reason. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets
Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are stated on the relevant game page. winbd29 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
6.3 Sports Betting
Results in sports betting markets are determined according to the official results of the relevant sporting body. If a match is not completed or is suspended, special rules will apply to bets on that match, as described separately in the betting rules.
6.4 Multi Bet
A multi bet combines multiple selections and places a wager at combined odds. If any single selection in a multi bet is incorrect, the entire bet will be void.
6.5 Technical Issues
If a round in a live game or betting market is left incomplete due to a server outage, winbd29 follows a policy of voiding bets for that round and returning the relevant stakes.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Closure at User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us via live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your existing balance before the account is closed, however any bonus balance will be cancelled.
7.2 Suspension by the Platform
winbd29 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:
